The Background Check is required for individuals age 18 or over in the home and can be completed by accessing the secure link below. Please phone your ETC representative for the password to complete the check, or call the ETC office at 1-877-222-9803 to complete the check for you.

Background Check To complete your background check, first verify with the password verbally with an ETC representative by phoning 503-222-9803. Next, click the appropriate program link below, enter your password, and click "I agree" to log in. All information will remain private; only the last few digits of the social security number are made available to ETC when the results are verified through Intellicorp.
