Programs throughout Germany offer students the opportunity to live with a German family and study alongside German students.

Family Life
ETC students studying in Germany are placed with a volunteer host family that will provide them with full-board in their home, as well as three meals. In addition, students are overseen by a local coordinator who ensures the students are safe and are adjusting well to their new life-style.

Schools
German high schools, or Gymnasiums, offer a variety of courses and are known for their academic excellence. There is a standard curriculum at all schools which includes the following compulsory subjects: German, History, Art/Music, Physical Education, Languages, and Sciences.
